Cain Beckett of Jurds Real Estate is marketing it through expressions of interest.

“It’s rare for a number of reasons, one because it’s rural but in residential area, and secondly because it’s been renovated to a standard and it’s consistently architecturally correct,” Mr. Beckett said.
