It’s not easy to know who the exact fit for this unique property is as it lends itself to many possibilities.
To start with there is an 855sqm corner block with R3 medium density zoning that is walking distance to town and schools. This block also has upon it the shell of the Baptist Church which was damaged by fire a few years back, anyone in the building game would be able to determine whether it is able to be salvaged or just a knock down.
