In one of Sydney’s most significant commercial property transactions this year, businessman Duncan Hardie has sold his four storey heritage building located adjacent to the MLC Centre at 106 King St SYDNEY for a record $360,000.00 per square metre.
With a ground floor tenancy to ” Le Creuset ” and three floors of office space, there is unprecedented demand in this upmarket retail precinct.
The deal was negotiated by Hunter Valley real estate agent Alan Jurd who thinks that it’s the first time that a city CBD property has been sold by a non city agency.
Alan is very grateful for his twenty year business relationship with Mr Hardie who entrusted him with the sale of his property.
