I am a landlord of a property which Alysha agreed to manage after multiple real estates in Singleton installed too many hurdles to jump for no apparent reason. As they all misinterpreted the new tenancy laws, where Alysha knew exactly what the new riles meant to the landlord. Alysha made the process easy, while adhering to the new and old laws and requirements. My property is now leased after 6 months of no tenants with no inconsistency from other property managers.
