After an initial pre-sales inspection they worked with us to ensure that the property was ready to go to market. This included sourcing a staging team to help us present the property to its best advantage. We collaborated on the ad, photos and video used in the campaign and communication was always excellent. Dan demonstrated a good understanding of the current rural market. He was spot on with the suggested price range and recommended an Expressions of Interest Campaign which was highly successful, resulting in four firm offers within the first two weeks of the property being on the market. After contracts had been exchanged Dan and the team continued to provide excellent service and were happy to liaise between ourselves and the new owners to ensure a smooth handover process.
