Every property he showed us had potential and suited the needs of our large family. He listened, understood and came through with the goods. Cain’s style suited us – straight forward, deal with the facts and no long drawn out negotiations. All the staff have been pleasant, helpful and friendly and have made this journey an easier one for us. Jurds certainly exudes level of professionalism that exceeds other regional estate agencies, yet still has warmth and ‘friendly nature’ of rural real estate business. I also gained a lot of confidence from feeling I was “on your books.” Yours was the only agency that regularly kept in touch and heled me feel that you were “on my case.” That meant a lot to me and I was on the radar for over 12 months.
