I believe Shelly was very skilled at supporting the needs of the vendor and her responsibility to them while also understanding my situation. Not an easy task and I was very impressed. I also gained a lot of confidence from feeling I was “on your books.” Yours was the only agency that regularly kept in touch and heled me feel that you were “on my case.” That meant a lot to me and I was on the radar for over 12 months.
