Shelly has been wonderful throughout the entire process. Very accessible – 7 days a week and she definitely doesn’t restrict herself to office hours. I believe Shelly was very skilled at supporting the needs of the vendor and her responsibility to them while also understanding my situation. Not an easy task and I was very impressed. I also gained a lot of confidence from feeling I was “on your books.” Yours was the only agency that regularly kept in touch and heled me feel that you were “on my case.” That meant a lot to me and I was on the radar for over 12 months.

Jurds has a professional website; great informative descriptions and certainly a more professional level of photography than rival agents. Cain nailed our brief to a tee. We had spent a disheartening day with a different agent looking at properties that weren’t suitable. We had high hopes that our next day with Cain would be better. Every property he showed us had potential and suited the needs of our large family. He listened, understood and came through with the goods. Cain’s style suited us – straight forward, deal with the facts and no long drawn out negotiations. All the staff have been pleasant, helpful and friendly and have made this journey an easier one for us. Jurds certainly exudes level of professionalism that exceeds other regional estate agencies, yet still has warmth and ‘friendly nature’ of rural real estate business. There are city agents who could learn a few things from the Jurds philosophy.

The pictures were excellent and very accurate, some other properties that we looked at with other agents were very deceiving and pictures were nowhere near as good.
